A typical sauna session consists of three rounds that last between 12-15 minutes per round. The perfect sauna equation is a thermal cycle consisting of: hot, cold, relax, (re)hydrate, and repeat!

How many people can fit in the sauna?

The sauna can comfortably seat up to 8 people at a time.  For the public Community Sessions, the capacity is capped at 6 people max.

What is a Community Session?

Community Sessions are open to the public. In the true spirit of sauna, you will share the experience with up to 6 fellow community members. You’ll have the chance to make new friends or join old friends for a 75-minute sauna session. Feel rejuvenated following the traditional sauna cycle of heat, cool down, (re)hydrate, rest, and repeat!
